Agency training provider unveils individual course offering

The Able Agent has launched single courses that can now be purchased individually for the first time.

The training provider said it has responded to industry demand by introducing new single courses modules for individual agents or smaller brands.


The courses are described as ideal for new starters or more experienced staff looking to enhance their business generation skills and legal knowledge, particularly in these challenging times.

Subjects range from compliance, listing and market appraisal, AML and Level 3 qualifications.

Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, founder and director at The Able Agent said that by having a pick and mix of options, agents are supported to become more of an all-rounder or can choose to specialise in a certain area and become ROPA-ready at the same time.

She said: “We recognise that individuals and smaller agencies want to train and need access to the courses that are relevant for them. 

“Providing the training platform with access to single courses that are designed to solve specific training or business needs means the learning is accessible and inclusive.

“New starter training is a good example of how a short course can have a direct benefit to a business. Our induction course in sales and lettings enables agents to be a fee earning, confident salesperson earlier in their role. 

“Reducing time spent by existing staff doing training and reducing the transfer of bad habits, enabling the new staff member to generate business earlier means agents can save money. 

“We want to help agents provide an attractive first week experience as an employee by providing effective training from the start. Covering sales, lettings or both, agents can upskill at their own pace, choosing only topics that are relevant to them.”
