Jockey Jason Collett offloads Rhodes home turned investment

Jockey Jason Collett has offloaded his Rhodes apartment, which was his first home turned investment.

The Rhodes apartment was bought for $770,000 in 2014. He recently sold the two-bedroom apartments in the Mirvac-developed Tandara complex for $1,038,000.

The Jean Wailes Avenue unit was snapped up in just over a week through C J Real Estate Rhodes agent Kay Lee and Alex Lee. It was 114 sqm internal and balcony space.

It had been bought two years after he was plucked out of New Zealand as an apprentice by Chris Waller.
