Ben Affleck doesn’t just have a new wife to celebrate, but also a speedy sale for his mansion in California.
It was only three weeks ago that Affleck listed the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate in the affluent LA neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades for $29.99m ($43.9m).
The actor originally acquired the property for $19m in 2018 following his divorce from actor Jennifer Garner. At one point, ex-girlfriend Ana de Armas reportedly lived there with him.
Now a buyer has just come forward with an offer that Affleck couldn’t refuse, according to The Post.
However, the identity of the soon-to-be owner and the purchase price for the estate are not yet known. But what is for certain is that person will be living a life of luxury there.
The house alone, located in the Riviera Country Club, spans a whopping 1250 sqm.
It has a movie theatre, a recreation room with a full bar, a gym and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
The main bedroom suite features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a balcony.
There’s also a family room with a fireplace and glass doors to the outdoors.
Outdoor there is another kitchen, a pool with a water slide, a spa and al fresco dining under the covered patio that features heaters, according to the listing, which notes there is also a separate guesthouse.
Affleck, 50, and Jennifer Lopez, 53 — who just returned from their week-long honeymoon in Italy — are reportedly planning to move into her home in Bel-Air once its remodel is complete.
While the newlyweds have been linked to a number of properties to purchase together since their nuptials — ‘Bennifer’ are currently renting a $60m Beverly Hills compound of Aussie billionaire James Packer.
Santiago Arana and Amir Mostame of the Agency repped the listing.
